In my career, I've had the privilege of serving numerous tech startups and luxury fashion brands as a Head of HR and Executive Coach for founders, CEOs, and leaders. While climbing the corporate ladder, I realized the significance of pausing, self-care and being present to become a more effective leader. It was a transformational revelation.
Beyond my business-focused role, I've always longed for a creative outlet. In my earlier years, I was not just a business-minded individual but a creative soul as well. My artistic journey began with a scholarship in art in Norway, followed by a master course in Swimwear design and pattern making, specializing in designs for women who had undergone mastectomy surgery. Today, I find myself circling back to my roots, inspired by my mother, an Ikebana teacher in Norway, and my father, a devoted nature enthusiast.
