Please place your flower orders at least a week before the intended delivery date to ensure the freshness and availability of flowers.
We currently accept flower delivery orders in Madrid with delivery dates from November 1st, 2023.
Customizable arrangement designed with premium local blooms. Please leave us your requests for the color palette, and we will accommodate as close as we can, pending the seasonal availability of blooms.
Orders received without special instructions will be designed in a color palette and aesthetic of the designer’s choosing.
Regarding Delivery Date and Time
Flowers are perishable items. To ensure quality, please specify a date and time when you can reliably receive the delivery.
For gifts, we generally make a phone call to confirm the recipient's availability before shipping.
If we cannot reach the recipient by phone, we will proceed with the shipment as is.
If you require a surprise delivery or if receiving the package is guaranteed, please indicate so in the comment section, such as "Surprise" or "No need for a confirmation call."
We recommend delivering flowers in the morning whenever possible for fresh flower products.

Our founder travels between Japan and Spain, so while she is in Japan, we accept flower orders for Japan and in Spain when she is based there. We always try to let our customers know in advance which month our founder is in each location. Please follow our Instagram for updates!

None of our floral orders for delivery and events is refundable once the order has been placed. This is due to flowers being a living product and the need to respect protect our growers and suppliers daily work.
